    • Your tasks

  • Holistic project management: You will assume full responsibility for small and large projects in technical building services (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing) and confidently manage cross-trade projects in combination with electrical engineering.
  • Active mentoring & coaching: As an experienced technical expert (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for our students and young engineers. You will accompany them on their career path, share your valuable knowledge and develop them into independent, successful specialist planners.

    • Your profile

  • Academic background: You have a degree (engineering, bachelor's or master's degree) in technical building services, supply engineering or electrical engineering.
  • Sound professional experience: You have at least 10 years of experience as an engineer (m/f/d) and can look back on a track record of at least 5 years as a project manager (m/f/d) in building services or electrical engineering.
  • Passion for knowledge transfer: You have a proven track record of mentoring young engineers or supervising students, and it fulfills you to see others grow.
  • Strong technical skills: You are comfortable working with common CAD and calculation programs as well as MS Office applications. You also have an excellent knowledge of HOAI and are well versed in supplementary work.
  • Communicative personality: You are a networker, approach people openly and can infect them with your enthusiasm for technology and our company.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German rounds off your profile.
