We are looking for a Technical Pre-Consultant with a passion for turning complex requirements into clear, scalable solutions. Strong in pre-sales, customer engagement, and technical storytelling—ready to support innovative clients and teams in our Tokio office.

Candidate profile

  • University level education: Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics best if combined with some technical background or Engineering background (in IT/Telecommunications or related field).
  • Technical background and understanding of telecom network technologies and architectures (like: 4G, 5G networks, OSS, BSS systems, NOC or SMC).
  • Understanding of our product/service offer (OSS and BSS) and proposing appropriate solutions for the customers, based on our products and services.
  • Technical knowledge and abilities to understand and learn customer's expectations from Telecommunications sector (Telco Operators), focusing on Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS), Autonomous Networks (AN).
  • Experience in working with Telecom companies as pre-sales, technical sales, or consultant or experience working as Telecom employee, understanding NOC, SMC, Engineering, IT, or similar parts of Telecom organization.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills. The Employee will regularly conduct presentations for clients.
  • Excellent Japanese and English language skills required.
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization.
  • Your responsibilities

  • To help to identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities from Telecommunications Sector especially within OSS and BSS domain.
  • To consult with prospective customers on their needs and current existing customers environments and recommend the appropriate Comarch solutions.
  • To perform presentations and demonstrations of Comarch software solutions to prospective customers to show how Comarch solutions fulfill the customers requirements or needs.
  • To cooperate with Production and Implementation departments in order to conduct extensive demonstrations and prototypes (proof of concept) of the customer solution: requirements definition, coordination, configuration, testing, prototype demonstration.
  • To generate and coordinate or participate directly in person in the RFI/RFQ/RFP (RFx) processes (the offer or information preparation process for the customer).
  • To participate in all stages of the RFx process (offer documents preparations, all needed sessions with the customer, solution architecture preparation, solution description, effort estimations and calculations, pricing estimations, supporting negotiations with customer, presentations for the customer (descriptive presentations of products and solutions, demo configurations and presentations, proof of concept presentations).
  • To participate at early stages of implementation projects (solution and architecture concept, analysis) in order to ensure smooth transition of the project from contracting process to implementation.
  • To participate in the generic events related to the product (conferences, workshops, working meetings). That means personal presence on the meetings with potential customers and partners during such events, speaking and presentations for bigger audience - preparation and execution, help with preparation of technical content of marketing materials.
