Job Title: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)
Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and present observability solutions aligned with each organization's specific needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to demonstrate the value of the solutions, conduct proof of concepts (PoCs), and address technical requirements throughout the sales process.
• Deliver workshops and presentations to educate customers on observability best practices and how the solutions address specific challenges.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
