Overview

The Technical Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for spearheading the consultative selling of Yondu services and products. Technically adept with the business acumen to listen, collect, analyze, validate and secure the requirements/scope of work from an opportunity/client to propose, and present a solution to meet their objective.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Representatives in solution positioning for opportunities
  • Assess, analyze and understand opportunity requirements, identifying requirement gaps that may impact the solution
  • Suggest process improvements through technology
  • Ideate technically sound and feasible solutions that address the client’s business and technical requirements
  • Prepare and document proposals based on the conceptualized solution
