We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Success and Training department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving adoption of our cutting-edge process optimization technology solutions.

Job Description:

  • To provide high-level technical support and training to internal and external customers
  • To troubleshoot & resolve complex technical and/or engineering related problems reported by customers using AspenTech's proprietary software (e.g. Aspen TEMPEST)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in diverse teams composed of people with varied backgrounds, demonstrate ability to convey complex information in a clear concise manner, have strong problem-solving skills with attention-to-detail
