Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management , with significant exposure to AI/ML-driven products .
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), CHATBOTS and applied machine learning use cases .
  • Strong understanding of automation platforms, internal tooling, and workflow optimization .
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and enterprise system enablement is highly desirable.
  • Solid data analytics skills with a strong focus on performance measurement, insights, and ROI.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with onsite collaboration.
  • Strong product mindset with an emphasis on scalability, user impact, and continuous improvement.
