What Will You Do

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Guidewire applications, the cloud ecosystem that enables them, the market, competition, and user requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement teams to define and maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Develop smart solutions to complex problems while collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover and test opportunities, and prioritize and refine solutions.
  • Build and communicate roadmaps and requirements with teams and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly.
  • Will be power user of the products and will be accepting the features built by the team

    • Required Skills - What we're looking for:

  • Must have strong understanding and experience with AWS services.
  • 8+ Years of experience.
  • Understanding of Containerization and Container orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes).
  • Define and articulate product roadmaps with solid use cases and associated ROI.
  • Detail feature requirements/specifications with clear acceptance criteria for each software release.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams, through the design, development, testing, product release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with all teams to drive revenue growth, customer adoption and customer satisfaction goals - define and agree on goals to measure success.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and AHA.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time as and when necessary
