Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role within a data-intensive or software development environment.
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer OR a strong, foundational understanding of general database concepts, data warehousing principles, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Proficiency in basic analytics skills, with hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Tableau for reporting, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate empathetically with both highly technical teams and non-technical business leads.
