Role Overview

ADP is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join the ADP Ventures team in India. This role sits at the intersection of technical product execution and business development/partnership strategy , supporting how ADP Ventures collaborates with ADP Marketplace .

You will (1) drive Venture-backed startup POCs through the ADP Marketplace Sandbox , (2) support startup/portco integrations into ADP Marketplace, and (3) help manage the partnership motion with 3rd-party integration providers (e.g., unified API / iPaaS partners), including referral intake, qualification, and onboarding pathways.

This is a high-ownership role that requires someone who can translate between business needs and technical realities, influence without authority, and create repeatable operating mechanisms across teams.

Job Scope

• Support ADP Ventures POCs via ADP Marketplace Sandbox
• Support ADP Ventures startups and portfolio companies integrating into ADP Marketplace
• Support ADP Ventures + ADP Marketplace business development and partnerships with 3rd-party integration providers, including partner referral pipeline and onboarding workflows

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ADP Marketplace partner pipeline for ADP Ventures referrals : intake → qualification → prioritization → routing → outcome tracking (POC, integration path, Marketplace listing, or close-out).
• Support business development execution with ADP Marketplace and ADP Ventures : clarify partnership model, define success metrics, align stakeholders, and drive decisions through to launch-ready plans.
• Manage partnerships with 3rd-party integration providers (e.g., unified API/iPaaS) to accelerate Marketplace integrations , including operating cadence, partner enablement, and conversion tracking.
• Run cross-functional delivery for Sandbox POCs and integrations : translate use cases into clear requirements, manage Sandbox provisioning and deprovisioning, unblock issues, and ensure high-quality launches.
• Create repeatable playbooks and reporting : standardize onboarding and integration steps; publish pipeline + delivery metrics (cycle time, conversion, blockers) to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications (BD/Strategy + Technical PM)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Science, Business, Strategy) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a technical product or product-adjacent role (Technical PM, Platform/Integration PM, TPM, Solutions, Engineering, QA/QE), with demonstrated delivery ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive partnership/BD/strategy work : opportunity sizing, partner evaluation, trade-off analysis, and stakeholder alignment to a recommendation.
• Strong understanding of API and integration ecosystems , including REST/GraphQL, authentication/authorization (OAuth), and enterprise security/privacy considerations.
• Comfort working with data (relational + unstructured): defining metrics, analyzing large datasets, and translating insights into product/partner decisions.
• Strong communication and influence skills: able to produce clear narratives and executive-ready materials and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, BD, Legal, Security, and Sales.
• Tooling fluency: Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalent).
• This role is based in India.

Nice-to-Haves (Optional, but helpful for screening)

• Experience with platform ecosystems (marketplaces, developer platforms, partner programs) and partner onboarding.
• Experience running POCs/pilots in enterprise environments and navigating security/compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/unified API providers, integration patterns, and go-to-market motions for partner ecosystems.
