Technical Product Manager

Lead software development and IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are 

executed on-time, and meet high quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, designers, and product managers, to define 

project scope and goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate 

various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.

• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as 

milestones and deliverables.

• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create 

solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

• Manage all documentation to ensure project is compliant, secure, and fully documented

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in the IT or software 

development sectors.

• Strong technical foundation with an understanding of software development processes and web 

technologies.

• Demonstrated leadership managing people in a project-driven environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail
