Job Description

Leading the strategy for a product line and providing effective support to the sales team. Acting as a liaison with the global product team, participating in pricing decisions, and providing key technical information that strengthens the sales proposal and facilitates closing deals, contributing to profitable business growth.

  • Applicable product line or sales channel

responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product line strategy in the local market.
  • Coordinate and develop technical product specialists.
  • Provide specialized support to the sales area.
  • Act as a point of contact with the global product team for strategic alignment and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in defining pricing and commercial policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Provide key technical information to strengthen sales proposals and support closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and propose innovations in the product offering.
  • Prepare product performance reports and present results to management.
  • Ensure ongoing technical training for the sales and customer service teams.
  • Competitive analysis

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed Engineering Degree.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in the industrial sector in similar positions.
  • Advanced knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, modular systems, or fluid power.
  • Intermediate proficiency in technological tools (Excel, CRM, ERP).

  • Profitability by product line.
