Job Description
Leading the strategy for a product line and providing effective support to the sales team. Acting as a liaison with the global product team, participating in pricing decisions, and providing key technical information that strengthens the sales proposal and facilitates closing deals, contributing to profitable business growth.

responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product line strategy in the local market.
- Coordinate and develop technical product specialists.
- Provide specialized support to the sales area.
- Act as a point of contact with the global product team for strategic alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in defining pricing and commercial policies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Provide key technical information to strengthen sales proposals and support closing deals.
- Monitor market trends and propose innovations in the product offering.
- Prepare product performance reports and present results to management.
- Ensure ongoing technical training for the sales and customer service teams.

Requirements:
- Education: Completed Engineering Degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the industrial sector in similar positions.
- Advanced knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, modular systems, or fluid power.
- Intermediate proficiency in technological tools (Excel, CRM, ERP).
