Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Product Manager – AI who can think like a product leader, build like a developer, and reason like an AI practitioner.

This is not a pure PRD role. You will work hands-on with engineers, data scientists, and leadership to design, ship, and scale AI-driven SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Bullet’s AI initiatives

• Translate business problems into AI-powered product solutions

• Define product vision, success metrics, and execution milestones

• Balance experimentation with scalable, production-ready systems

AI & GenAI Systems

• Design and ship AI/GenAI features across content intelligence, recommendations, monetization, and creator tools

• Work with LLMs, prompt systems, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and model orchestration

• Understand model limitations, evaluation metrics, and trade-offs

• Partner closely with ML engineers and data teams on model integration

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate deeply with engineering teams on architecture and implementation

• Review APIs, data flows, and system design with strong technical context

• Prototype ideas independently when needed

• Ensure product decisions are technically feasible and future-proof

Product Journey & UX

• Own user journeys across creators, internal teams, and consumers

• Drive intuitive UX for complex AI-powered workflows

• Use user behavior, data, and experimentation to refine experiences

• Ensure AI outputs are explainable, actionable, and trustworthy

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 8+ years of experience building SaaS platforms or data-driven products

• Proven ownership of 0→1 and scale-up products

• Experience working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

AI & Data

• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or similar

• Comfortable working with data pipelines, analytics, and experimentation

Technical Skills

• Strong development background

• Proficiency in Python

• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture

• Ability to read, review, and reason about production code

Product & UX

• Deep understanding of product journeys and user experience design

• Strong problem framing and prioritization skills

• Data-driven decision making mindset
