About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evolution of data analytics products and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business requirements, technical execution, and delivery management.

The TPM will work closely with Technical Leads, Project Managers, data engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are well-defined, technically feasible, and delivered with quality and predictability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage product requirements for data analytics initiatives and platforms
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear, structured technical requirements
• Work closely with Technical Leads and engineering teams to validate feasibility, effort, and approach
• Define and maintain product backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps
• Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
• Ensure alignment between product goals, technical execution, and delivery timelines
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support decision-making using data, metrics, and analytical insights

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Technical Product Management, Data-focused Product roles, Tech-heavy Project or Program Management roles with strong product exposure
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, such as Data pipelines & ETL processes (E.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Talend, Informatica)
• Strong understanding of Data warehousing (E.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of Analytics dashboards, reporting layers, BI tools (E.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong exposure to Cloud-based data ecosystems (E.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python
• Proven ability to grasp technical concepts and discussions autonomously
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and product development practices
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Product Backlog tools, or similar platforms
• Prior experience in analytics, data platforms, SaaS, or technology-led environments is strongly preferred
