Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Product Owner
to represent the
voice of technology
within the organization. In this role, you will own and prioritize the technical backlog for key platforms—
Return & Repairs
and
Instore Services & xplace
—ensuring that teams focus on initiatives that deliver business value while driving platform evolution and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Leadership:
    Support the Platform Owner in delivering technical projects within the Return & Repairs and Instore Services domains.
  • Tech Stack Ownership:
    Drive improvements across the core technology stack, including:
  • Increasing delivery speed and developer productivity.
  • Reducing team and application interdependencies.
  • Optimizing application performance.
  • Decommissioning legacy components.
