Technical Product Owner The Mater Private Network, a leader in Irish private healthcare, is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join the IT team. This is a permanent, full-time position. Purpose of post: The Technical Product Owner (TPO) will act as the primary bridge between product strategy and engineering delivery, owning the translation of product vision into technically executable roadmaps and high-quality software releases. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role will combine deep technical understanding, strong product thinking, and hands-on agile delivery leadership to ensure that complex digital platforms are delivered at pace, with high reliability, scalability, and user value. The TPO will own product backlog prioritisation, technical requirements definition, delivery governance, and release quality, working closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and clinical/business stakeholders.
