Job Description

About the Role

We are building and modernizing a next-generation entitlement and access control platform that’s central to our Wealthtech product ecosystem. This platform manages complex product and market data entitlements, permissions, licensing, provisioning, and visibility across internal and external systems. We're looking for a Technical Product Owner for this platform, and you’ll join a squad that owns this solution end-to-end, with a mandate to improve reliability, expand capability, and implement a modern engineering approach.

As a Technical Product Owner for the Entitlement platform, you will:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the entitlement platform.
  • Act as the technical authority on entitlement behavior, data flows, and integrations.
  • Define and prioritize work across Infront Product requirements, stability, scalability, compliance, and modernization.
  • Maintain a high-quality, well-groomed backlog.
  • Define acceptance criteria that are technically precise and testable.
  • Make trade-off decisions between short-term delivery and long-term product health.
  • Ensure entitlement logic aligns with business rules, regulatory requirements, and commercial models.
  • Collaborate with other Product owners and teams to implement/migrate to the entitlement platform, address cross-system entitlement needs as well as finance/Backoffice integration and needs.
  • Current Tech Stack:

Backend: C#, .NET Framework 4.8, Entity Framework, WCF (Windows-based)
Data Layer: MS SQL Server with a complex schema, stored procedures, triggers, and ETL jobs
Admin Tools: WPF desktop applications, ASP.NET WebForms, jQuery, Knockout
Build & Deployment: Mix of legacy and modern CI/CD pipelines (improvements in progress)

You won’t be expected to write code, but you should be comfortable understanding this environment to make strong product decisions.
