Job Description: Technical Product Specialist
Department: Sales & Application

Reporting To: R&D Head
NeoDx is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge R&D and the market. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a scientist—someone who speaks the language of Molecular Biology, understands the nuances of RT-PCR, and can act as a technical partner to our customers.
Roles & Responsibility
1.Field Engagement & Distributor Enablement (50%)
Act as the technical expert during field visits to research institutes, hospitals, and diagnostic labs in Karnataka.
Accompany our local distributor partners on visits, helping them explain the scientific advantages of NeoDx solutions to Lab Directors and Principal Investigators.
Move the conversation from price to performance by articulating technical specifications.
