Technical Product Specialist

If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a
Technical Support Digital Ads in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)
you will provide support to social media advertisers (small/medium sized companies, B2B) via ticketing system (phone support can be added in the future if the client requires it).

• You will conduct
  paid advertising troubleshooting and customer support
  ,
  advise clients regarding social media campaigns reach and outcome
  and
  provide possible solutions to meet client's objectives
  .

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (C1)
• Have a degree in Marketing or related field
• Have experience on
  paid digital advertising campaigns management, consultancy or optimization
  (mandatory)
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
