Job Description

As a Technical Product Support Analyst L1 , you will own and resolve customer security issues end to end, diagnose complex network and cloud challenges, and serve as a trusted technical advisor. You'll collaborate with global teams, advocate for customers, and help scale a high-impact global support operation.
