Position Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multi-technology solutions across the Capability and Delivery Division. The role ensures that technical outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Governance & Oversight

  • Ensure projects are properly staffed based on technical and capacity requirements

  • Monitor schedules, scope, and budget adherence

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements to deployment

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Management and Requirements teams for initial assessments

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure defect resolution within agreed SLAs
