Role Overview:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for managing the integration of external partners and their API systems with our platform. The TPM ensures the successful execution of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and leading efforts to deliver on time. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, program management expertise, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end integration process of external partners with our platform,
- including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to define project requirements,
- objectives, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and
- outcomes.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, project prioritization, and overall management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
- Facilitate effective communication and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience in technical program management and API integration projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of API systems and their integration.
- Proficiency in risk and issue management.
- Outstanding communication and reporting/ documentation abilities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Good to have experience in ticketing tools like salesforce etc.
