Accountabilities:
- Support the planning and execution of the quarterly product roadmap for finance and accounting tools under the guidance of the Group Product Manager
- Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Customer-facing teams to build, launch, and iterate on internal products
- Track progress against quarterly OKRs and product launch milestones, ensuring timely delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tooling, and reporting capabilities Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to accounting concepts such as general ledger, revenue recognition, or financial reporting is a strong plus
- Experience with e-commerce accounting or billing systems such as NetSuite is a bonus Benefits:
