Job Description

• Technical Project/Program Manager (TPM) with about + years of experience

• Key Tech skills – supporting open source distributed applications and cloud migration efforts

• Strong communications skills + getting organized

• Execution, execution, execution

• Driver mentality – detailed oriented

• Understanding of software engineering, big data and/or cloud,

• Working in fast paced environment – escalations – strong collaborator

• Excellent communication skills – manage meetings, handle client success folks and sales stakeholders

• Ability to connect with developers

• Driver – ask questions, be proactive

• Operations experience – upgrades, maintenance windows, tickets

• SNOW, Kanban, ITSM , JIRA experience

• Willing to learn, great attitude
