As a Learning Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end learning program strategy for Operations, establishing best-in-class training standards that enable our teams to deliver world-class customer experiences. You will lead cross-functional learning initiatives across the region, driving innovation in program delivery while maintaining relentless focus on measurable business impact. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels—designing regional learning frameworks while being willing to roll up your sleeves and deliver training on the floor when needed.
