Description GSPANN is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale e-commerce and Salesforce B2B Commerce programs. The role focuses on driving platform strategy, coordinating across functions, and delivering excellence within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision, objectives, and overall strategy for the eCommerce ecosystem within scope.
  • Ensure strong alignment between business strategy and selected technology platforms across the ecosystem.
  • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional coordination across business, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Engage with Carlsberg stakeholders and third-party or existing teams to address technical risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Provide architectural design direction and technical guidance to GSPANN delivery teams.
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of the eCommerce ecosystem and its integrations with systems such as SAP ECC, Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), while driving efficiencies to build a robust and future-ready platform.
  • Guide integration consolidation and ensure end-to-end functional alignment across the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Advise integration teams on data mapping, data formats, and suitable integration patterns for target platforms.
  • Contribute inputs for effort estimation, Program Increment (PI) planning, and sprint planning activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to propose new solutions, enhancements, and ongoing support across technology platforms, including system integrations, application configuration, testing, automation, and customization of vendor solutions.
  • Elicit and document comprehensive requirements across functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, and technical dimensions.
  • Demonstrate adaptability while working in modern, lean, and Agile delivery environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish technical direction and evaluate trade-offs between performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Participate actively in feature definition, user story creation, and backlog refinement, providing clarity as needed.
  • Solve complex technical problems by applying innovative thinking and re-evaluating existing solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Skills and Experience

  • 18+ years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud configuration and flows, along with working knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Umbraco CMS, Salsify Product Information Management (PIM), Tenovos Digital Asset Management (DAM), SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), payment services, tax services, and Warehouse Management Systems / Third-Party Logistics (WMS / 3PL).
  • Proven experience leading large teams of 40–50 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) resources across enhancement and support engagements, ensuring delivery quality, SLAs, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Strong capability to track and manage delivery progress using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and sprint-based delivery metrics.
  • Experience managing teams operating in shifts, including planning and execution of shift Rotation (ROTA) schedules.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with GitHub, along with strong knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Expertise in continuous integration, unit testing, static code analysis, and automated integration testing; continuous delivery experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, results-driven environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve decisions, and manage risks and issues, including interaction with CXO minus one leadership, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and OEM leadership teams.
  • Strong articulation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
