Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and User Experience (UX) designers or researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional and cross-product area projects.
- Experience with developing for the open web, including web standards bodies and Chromium.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and changing conditions.
- Ability to drive accountability and ownership.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
