Technical Program Manager III, OSP Fiber Construction, Google Cloud

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience in the Fiber or Telecommunications industry.
+ Experience using KMZ files.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with construction engineering, fiber optic installation, fiber splicing, ROWs (Rights of Way), easements or permitting with local jurisdictions.
+ Experience analyzing fiber characterization results, such as OTDR and Power Meter data.
+ Experience using Google Earth, Visio or LucidCharts....
