🚀 Lead Technical Program Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs that enable critical business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and business teams to lead end-to-end program execution in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment.
You will bring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, and operations to deliver complex technology programs
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on vision, scope, priorities, and outcomes
- Drive program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making using metrics, reporting, and industry trends
- Champion Agile and outcome-based delivery, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively resolving roadblocks
- Optimize resource planning and allocation across multiple initiatives
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership
- Leverage technical expertise to guide discussions across architecture, platforms, and enterprise systems
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8–11 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role) delivering complex software programs
- Strong experience in SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps)
- Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Ability to work in a hybrid office model (3+ days onsite)
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
- Financial Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- CRM: Salesforce
- Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Experience with project planning, status reporting, and executive dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with large-scale system and enterprise architecture
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, Azure DevOps
- Agile coaching experience (nice to have)
- Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
- Curious, continuous learner with the ability to challenge assumptions and think creatively
