🚀 Lead Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs that enable critical business outcomes. In this role, you will partner closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and business teams to lead end-to-end program execution in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment.

You will bring strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, and operations to deliver complex technology programs
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on vision, scope, priorities, and outcomes
  • Drive program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making using metrics, reporting, and industry trends
  • Champion Agile and outcome-based delivery, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively resolving roadblocks
  • Optimize resource planning and allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership
  • Leverage technical expertise to guide discussions across architecture, platforms, and enterprise systems


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–11 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar role) delivering complex software programs
  • Strong experience in SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps)
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office model (3+ days onsite)
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as:
  • Financial Systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake / Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, and executive dashboards


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with large-scale system and enterprise architecture
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, Azure DevOps
  • Agile coaching experience (nice to have)
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM
  • Curious, continuous learner with the ability to challenge assumptions and think creatively
