Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field .

• 5–8 years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or SaaS company.

• Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in Agile environments.

• Strong technical understanding of modern web or cloud-based applications.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a mid-sized organization (200–1000 employees), ideally scaling processes and delivery frameworks.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

• PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across engineering, design, and business functions.
