Job Description
We are looking for a **Technical Program Manager**with strong experience with **Jira, Change management**and **technical leadership exp in IT,** to join our dynamic team!
**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead Jira optimization across marketing, engineering & cross-functional teams
- Implement scalable process improvements using Jira & Confluence
- Drive adoption through training, support, and change management
- Align tooling with compliance and business needs
- Track impact with usage metrics and continuous feedback
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years in technical program management or tooling enablement
- Deep Jira admin skills (workflows, automation, permissions)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in regulated environments and Agile teams
- Bonus: Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce, PMP or Jira Admin certification
