Technical Program Manager, Longhaul Planning

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with network infrastructure acquisition (i.e. dark fiber, transport systems, or data centers).

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Understanding of APAC and global carrier networks.
• Ability to leverage business and technical understanding to drive the long-term objectives of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and financial skills, with the ability to adopt a data-motivated, investigative approach towards solving issues.
