Technical Program Manager

Summary: We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with Developer Relations (DevRel) experience to join the Workspace Recommendation Platform (WRP) team. This critical role involves bridging the gap between the platform's strategic capabilities and our internal users' ability to leverage them. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the current high-friction onboarding process into a scalable, self-serve model, reducing technical bottlenecks, and fostering a robust internal developer community to drive product adoption and engagement.

• Enablement & Education: Lead the development of actionable playbooks, tutorials, and technical guides to create a scalable, self-service onboarding experience.
