Technical Program Manager

As a TPM, you will be responsible for ensuring mission success by owning the development and integration of the company's software features and technologies. These programs will be diverse in nature and require you to be organized and flexible to adapt to changing situations. On one project, you may be working with executives to clarify how each of the programs are meeting our road map goals through the company's core technologies and execution requirements. In another situation, you may be the program leader, crafting a vision for and leading cross functional teams of marketers and various software engineers to transform that vision into a tangible new product/feature. During all this, you must be able to collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders, communicate clear plans to all parties, and lead teams towards success.
