We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, service integration, and enhanced employee experience.
- In this role, you will lead initiatives that advance Mastercard’s people technology ecosystem, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and accountability for large-scale, multi-workstream projects ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
- • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams—facilitating collaboration, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks.
- • Partner with product management, developers, and stakeholders to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.
- • Define and deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to guide design, development, testing, and implementation.
- • Manage project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management.
- • Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and communication of product enhancements and new business opportunities.
- • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including user testing and stakeholder communication.
- • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication—providing regular updates, leading reviews, and ensuring transparent reporting of progress and outcomes.
- • Prepare and deliver clear documentation, business and technical presentations, and product demos to cross-functional teams.
