We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, service integration, and enhanced employee experience. In this role, you will lead initiatives that advance Mastercard’s people technology ecosystem, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery. Role and Responsibilities Provide leadership and accountability for large-scale, multi-workstream projects ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. • Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams—facilitating collaboration, managing dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks and roadblocks. • Partner with product management, developers, and stakeholders to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems. • Define and deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to guide design, development, testing, and implementation. • Manage project lifecycle activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management. • Coordinate and participate in reviews, revisions, testing, documentation, and communication of product enhancements and new business opportunities. • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including user testing and stakeholder communication. • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication—providing regular updates, leading reviews, and ensuring transparent reporting of progress and outcomes. • Prepare and deliver clear documentation, business and technical presentations, and product demos to cross-functional teams.
