**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience of managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on complex projects, with large-scale infrastructure and a desire to solve hard problems.
- Experience with cross-functional team and stakeholder management across various partner domain.
