Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex technical projects and manage cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, combined with strong project management skills, to effectively drive the execution of strategic initiatives. As a TPM, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

What you'll Do

● Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from planning and scoping to execution,

monitoring, and closure.

● Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and operations, ensuring alignment

with project goals and timelines.

● Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define project scope,

objectives, and deliverables.

● Translate business and technical requirements into detailed project plans, including schedules,

resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

● Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and potential roadblocks.

● Drive decision-making and conflict resolution within the project team, ensuring smooth execution of the project plan.

● Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.

● Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality products, ensuring projects meet the technical standards and requirements.

● Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency and ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget.

● Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, lessons learned, and

implementing best practices.

What we are looking for

● 11-14 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software or IT projects.

● Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum,

Kanban), and best practices.

● Solid technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical

concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

● Expertise in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.

● Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving.

● Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead teams

and drive projects to successful completion.

● Experience with managing both onshore and offshore teams and coordinating remote work across

different time zones.

● Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and creating detailed project documentation.

● Ability to balance technical and business needs to ensure the best outcomes for both.

Nice to have

● PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps methodologies.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development tools.

● Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost optimization in projects.

● Understanding of mobile and web technologies or other domain-specific knowledge relevant to the

business.
