We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who transforms our business operations by introducing the right systems and defining efficient workflows, making use of state-of-the-art AI tools.

The Role: Transformation & Ownership

In this role, you own the design and implementation of how Supertext operates. You will report to the leadership team and take full responsibility for the success of the new systems landscape.

• System Strategy & Design: Lead the end-to-end replacement of our core systems. You will evaluate partners, design workflows, and ensure our new tech stack is built for an AI-driven future.
