Technical Programme Manager

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to go perm) | London - Hybrid Working

We're working with a technology-driven, high-growth organisation to appoint a Technical Programme Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role will lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes, partnering with engineering, product, data, finance and security teams to deliver meaningful improvements in efficiency, governance and technical capability.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of strategic technical programmes
• Driving alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Delivering initiatives such as systems consolidation, tooling optimisation and platform improvements
• Clear communication of progress, risks and trade-offs to leadership
