Description:

Monitors the creation/assignment of relevant BsM and FuSi artefacts without competencies to check content correctness.

Manages functional scope requirements (FuLi creation and coordination).

Manages the implementation of the functional scope for the whole car.

Creates the target maturity stage plan (RG-Soll-Plan).

Ensures consistency and stability for the overall functional scope

Directs the creation, tracks and has the mandate to release the Car/Fhzg.-LAH (IS-x) specification.

Monitors and verifies feature maturity up to the launch (throughout the product lifecycle) incl. representation in governing bodies.

Authorizes the release of function implementation and monitors the steps towards FuRe-Freigabe Mandates the scheduling of HW/SW-releases and monitors the execution of the plan - via FCS. Revises the FuRe-release plan against the IS target plan (IS-Terminplan)

Monitors function execution up to 100% technical status level according to FuRe-LAH - testing concept.

Manages and resolves conflicts when interdependencies arise for functions.

Plans and monitors integration stages (including ISM RG target plan).

Authorizes the function implementer (FuRe-V) to perform the implementation, including all the necessary artefacts (e.g. BsM) - via FCS.

Plans, leads, and reports on maturity stage management (Reifegradmanagement) for the overall scope of functions.

Plans, leads, and reports on Train results (GVR-tests) and their organization within the project (previously called “initial car evaluation”)Organizes the GFU-Runde (working group)

Checks/reviews the completeness and readiness of the nomination of project-specific FuOr roles (e.g., FCS, FuRe-V, and FTM)
