The role

As a Technical Project Leader (TPL) at Idneo, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary engineering teams, transforming complex client requirements into high‑performance sensing solutions (Radar, Camera, LiDAR). Together with the project manager, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between our clients' vision and our internal engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Define product architectures that balance cutting‑edge sensing capabilities with strict safety and reliability standards.
  • Coordinate the project technical team across all technical areas, ensuring product feasibility of solutions and architectures proposed. Distribute activities and ensure their completion on time while maintaining the required quality and cost targets.
