The role

As a Technical Project Leader (TPL) at IDNEO, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform complex client requirements into high-performance sensing solutions (Radar, Camera, LiDAR). Together with the project manager, you will be the primary technical bridge between our clients' vision and our internal engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product architectures that balance cutting‑edge sensing capabilities with strict safety and reliability standards.
  • Coordinate project technical team, ensuring product feasibility of solutions and architectures proposed, distributing activities and ensuring timely and quality delivery within costs.
