Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in EdTech or NGO environments to plan, manage, and deliver technology-driven projects. The candidate will work closely with technical teams, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Plan, execute, and manage technical projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and external vendors
• Translate business or program requirements into technical tasks
• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Track project progress and share regular updates with stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
• Ensure quality delivery of platforms such as LMS, websites, apps, or MIS systems
• Work closely with education, content, or program teams (for EdTech/NGO projects)
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices
• Support deployment, training, and post-launch improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Prior experience in EdTech, NGO, or social-impact projects
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar

• Experience working on LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or education apps
• Experience managing donor-funded or grant-based projects (for NGOs)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, or data systems
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred, not mandatory)
