About the Role

We are looking for seasoned Technical Project Managers to lead complex, large-scale, and global projects. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage high-risk, high-complexity initiatives while building trusted client relationships and guiding large teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Project Delivery

- Drive successful delivery of customer projects across multiple regions or global scale.

- Manage projects with very high risk and complexity, including legal and commercial challenges.

- Ensure revenue targets are achieved as outlined in the impact section.

2. Project Financials

- Meet or exceed approved budgets.

- Provide accurate and reliable financial forecasts to management.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Build and manage complex, multifunctional, and global client relationships.

- Engage with senior and executive (“C” level) stakeholders.

- Communicate the direct business value of LTTS capabilities to partners and customers.

4. Project Team Management

- Lead internal and external teams with sizes exceeding 40 members.

- Mentor and encourage skill development among project team members.

- Provide detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.

- Serve as a role model and mentor, supporting individual growth and development.

Expertise and Qualifications

- Proven experience in Project Management with 12–18 years of relevant industry exposure.

- Strong background in managing large-scale, complex, and global projects.

- Expertise in financial management, forecasting, and budget adherence.

- Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships.

- Experience in leading and mentoring large teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
