Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Manage end-to-end AMS operations for Guidewire applications, overseeing incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Provide strong technical leadership across Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) including configuration, integration, data model, and batch jobs.
Handle all types of production issues, including high-severity incidents, minor defects, enhancements, service requests, and stability improvements.
Lead L1/L2/L3 support activities, ensuring timely triaging, resolution, SLA adherence, and effective escalation management.
Manage ticket workflows in ServiceNow, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and closure.
