What Youll Do

• Sprint Planning & Execution
  • Lead sprint rituals: planning standups reviews retros summaries
  • Ensure every sprint has decomposed estimated and well-defined stories
  • Prepare and distribute sprint summaries with metrics blockers and feedback
  • Track team velocity and delivery quality across squads
• Backlog & Grooming Ownership
  • Own Jira projects for multiple teams (App Enterprise Innovation)
  • Lead grooming sessions and maintain backlog hygiene
  • Enforce decomposition standards (data domain UI integration layers)
  • Maintain automations dashboards and traceability between stories epics and releases
• Cross-Team & Project Coordination
