Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile adoption and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Guide teams to deliver projects on time by removing blockers and encouraging ownership.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues proactively.
Support and improve CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and business objectives.
Track delivery metrics and prepare clear status and performance reports.
Drive continuous improvement and high team performance.
Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
Oversee projects across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of Agile project management experience.
1–2 years of hands-on technical or development experience.
