Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex digital transformation, commerce, and data & analytics projects for Fortune 500 clients globally. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong project management skills to guide cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from technical architecture decisions to successful deployment.

This position offers significant growth opportunities within Altudo, with a clear path to Delivery Director and Delivery Head roles.

What will you do:

• Manage multiple Scrum teams and drive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to validate solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Lead technical planning, architecture reviews, and quality gates across DX, Commerce, and Data & Analytics programs.
• Ensure technical feasibility, quality standards (MQRs), security, and performance across all implementations.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure sprint success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks, ensuring UAT readiness and smooth go-lives.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, utilization, and delivery forecasts while building and mentoring high-performing technical teams.

Who you are:

• Core Experience 8–12 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4–6 years in technical/digital projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise platforms (CMS, Cloud, Martech, Commerce, or SaaS).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to understand system architecture, Apis, integrations, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience working with engineering quality tools (CI/CD, code quality, performance testing).
• Familiarity with architecture review boards, technical governance, and design validation.

Tools & Methodologies:

• Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
• Project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet (optional)
• Quality tools: SonarQube, Deep Source, DebugBear (or equivalent)
• CI/CD & DevOps fundamentals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2/ CSM / SAFe certification preferred.
• Technical certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert) are a plus
• Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations
