Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

At Incedo Technology , the Principal Engineer – Technical Program Management plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs . This is a high-impact position for a seasoned technologist who blends hands-on engineering excellence, architectural thinking, and leadership to deliver business-critical solutions.

You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to shape technical strategy, design scalable systems, and ensure seamless end-to-end execution—while mentoring teams and setting high standards for engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Write high-quality, production-grade code , participate in rigorous code reviews, and create architecture and design documents for systems of varying complexity.
• Partner with clients to understand business and technical requirements , translate them into robust technical designs, and define end-to-end delivery approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers—establish quality gates, best practices, and engineering standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption , secure coding practices, unit testing frameworks, and improved test coverage across teams.
• Own the growth, maturity, and performance of the team , fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Inspire and motivate teams through strong leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach .
• Promote an open, inclusive, and high-performing engineering environment aligned with Incedo’s long-term vision.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong software engineering experience with Technologies such as Java/Dot Net Core
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures .
• Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases .
• Working knowledge of UNIX / Shell scripting (good to have).
• Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM / SAFe).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders .
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and troubleshoot complex systems.
• High adaptability to changing technologies, priorities, and business needs .
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment .

Qualifications

• 11–13 years of relevant industry experience.
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed university (Computer Science background preferred).
