Job Description

• Manage and oversee integration projects within the technology department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager - Integration should have:

• Proven experience managing technical projects in the property or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Relevant qualifications in technology, project management, or a related field.
• Integration , 50-60 business apps, Batch APIs, full understanding of the SDLC, extensive integration experience.
• Lead the redevelopment and redesign of applications supporting the construction business system.
• Oversee integration of existing applications into the ERP system.
• Manage end-to-end system design using Rabit, ensuring seamless data flow into Format, Event, and Hyphen platforms.
• Coordinate integration of ancillary applications with finance systems.
• Strong technical background with experience in complex system integrations.
